Refund & Replacement Policy

Overview

No refund – no exchange for good received fully working. For malfunctioned only you can claim replacement

Returns for damaged products will be accepted with in 2 day after delivery,
Once the refund is accepted it will take 5-7 days to reflect in original payment method

Refund will take maximum of 3 days from the date of refund granted.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Replacement

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and a new shipment will be shared when you place next order.

Late or missing parcel

If you haven’t received your shipment, we may initiate new parcel. 

If you live in area where their is no connectivity for parcel, you need to provide alternate option where parcel can be shipped.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
